Information you provide
The website stores the contact and address information you submit at checkout, the products and quantities selected, the displayed amounts, the reference number and the recorded status. If you contact us by email, your message and the contact details you include form part of that enquiry.
Do not submit passwords or full payment-card details through contact messages. The current checkout does not collect payment-card credentials.
How information is used
Information supports the functions you request: keeping a shopping selection, saving and displaying checkout records, identifying a record you ask about and responding to an enquiry. Technical request information may also be processed to operate the website, investigate errors and protect access.
Cookies and browser storage
Shopping-bag contents are saved in your browser. A first-party session cookie allows that browser to access the checkout records it creates. A temporary identifier helps prevent a repeated submission from creating duplicate records.
You can manage cookies and storage through your browser settings. Clearing them may remove your bag and access to saved records; it does not automatically erase information already submitted to the website.
Service providers and external websites
Hosting, infrastructure, access and email services may process information needed to provide their respective functions. Any separate account used to access the website is also subject to that provider’s privacy terms. Information may be disclosed where necessary to comply with an applicable legal obligation.
Links to manufacturers and retailers take you to independently operated websites. Their privacy practices apply there. A product appearing in our collection does not itself cause your checkout details to be sent to that manufacturer or retailer.

Submitted information is held separately from browser storage. Retention may depend on the purpose of the record, an ongoing enquiry, security needs and applicable record-keeping obligations.

Access to saved checkout details is restricted to the browser session that created them. Use a trusted device and avoid sharing the session or record link with people who should not have access.
