Using the website
You may browse the collection, compare products and contact us about an enquiry. Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to access another person’s records, interfere with the service or submit content that infringes the rights of others.
Products, configurations and prices
Product information is intended to help you assess the models shown. Photographs may depict a product family; configurations and regional specifications can differ. Confirm the exact processor, memory, storage, operating system and other important details before purchasing.
Displayed prices are indicative, in US dollars, and subject to confirmation. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are not final until confirmed for the agreed destination and purchase.
Enquiries and order acceptance
A product listing, shopping-bag selection or saved checkout record does not reserve stock or create an accepted sales order. A purchase requires separate confirmation of the item, configuration, final amount, delivery details and applicable terms by Siliconepoch.
Payment is only due through a payment method expressly confirmed for an accepted purchase. An on-screen acknowledgement must not be treated as proof that funds have been received. The payment status and notices shown in the checkout flow take precedence over assumptions about its operation.
Delivery, returns and product support
For an accepted purchase, Shipping & Returns sets out the general return process. Any item-specific restrictions must be disclosed before the order is accepted. Manufacturer support and warranty terms may vary by model and region.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law applicable to your purchase.

Third-party names, product designs, photographs and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies the products being discussed and does not, by itself, indicate endorsement, partnership or an authorized-reseller relationship.

Corrections and contact
